A10 Tauernautobahn direction Villach, exit Bischofshofen – federal road B167 – direction “Gastein” or “Gasteinertal”. Arriving at Bad Gastein, there is “Mozartplatz”-square. Please take the MIDDLE ROAD BETWEEN Hotel Mozart and tourist office in direction “Grüner Baum” and follow the indications “Villa Excelsior” (yellow hotel route). You pass the hotels Regina, Bellevue, Eden, Post, Wildbad. After Hotel Wildbad you take the 2nd possibility on the left in direction“Graukogel or Grüner Baum”. You cross the UPPER waterfall bridge and continue the panoramic street, passing the hotels Schillerhof, Helenenburg and Alpenblick. About 100m after hotel Alpenblick you can see a small white house with BLUE windows on the left. THERE you take the street downhill and you arrive directly at our parking place! From the main entrance you arrive the centre of Bad Gastein in 5min walking! Check In in Villa Excelsior right next door!

A10 Tauernautobahn direction Salzburg, shortly after Spittal exit for Mallnitz-Obervellach, federal road until Mallnitz, there you have to put the car on the “Tauernschleuse” (car train)*, after approx. 8 min. through the tunnel you will reach Böckstein, take the federal road B 167 to Bad Gastein, after approx. 3 – 3,5 km you reach a train bridge, here you have to turn right!Direction Kötschachtal – Graukogel (yellow hotel leading system).
